Visitors from out of town should get themselves on the outer ring road.
The southern section is the A64 (dual carriage way, York to Leeds road).
You should exit the A64 at either the A19 (signposted to Selby and
York, NOT Thirsk) or at the A1079 (signposted to the University).
Subsequently, follow signposts to Heslington, the University and then the Science Park.
There's only one road into the Science Park, called Innovation Way. The Biocentre
is on the left - you can recognise it from its picture on the home page. There
is free parking.

There is a good bus service to the Science Park from
the city centre - number 4 route. (Most of the buses are bendy buses, purple in colour.)
You can pick up the number 4 from outside the rail station as well as the
city centre. Get off at the last stop (end of the line -
Heslington). Walk back a few yards in the direction the bus
came from, and at the roundabout turn right into the Science Park (along Innovation Way).
The building is called the Biocentre and is a few hundred yards
along this road, on the left.
The University's
Travel Information page has good information on
public transport connections.
